Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements
For Male Candidates
- Lift and carry 35 Kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes
- Run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds
For Female Candidates
- Lift and carry 20 Kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes
- Run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds
PwBD and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from PET.
