- Establish and maintain TBM reference points
- Continuously monitor TBM orientation using guided systems
- Ensure precise tunnel navigation and control
Electrical Manager – TBM
Qualification: B.Tech Electrical
Experience: 15–20 years (Minimum 10 years in UG Metro)
Responsibilities
- Manage TBM electrical systems and power distribution
- Oversee motors, drives, PLCs, MCC panels
- Troubleshoot faults, optimise performance
Slurry Treatment Plant (STP) Engineer
Qualification: Diploma – Mech / Civil
Experience: 7–10 years (Minimum 5 years in Slurry TBM)
Responsibilities
- Monitor slurry parameters (viscosity, density, pH)
- Maintain plant efficiency
- Ensure proper circulation between TBM and STP
Slurry Treatment Plant Operator
Qualification: Diploma – Mech / Civil
Experience: 10–12 years (Minimum 5 years in Slurry TBM)
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor slurry flow between TBM and STP
- Maintain smooth slurry handling operations
Execution Supervisor – Civil
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma
Experience: 15–20 years (Minimum 10 years in UG Metro)
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil activities at the tunnel face
- Coordinate TBM operators, survey teams, and mechanical teams
- Monitor grout mix and injection
Tunnel Engineer – Civil
Qualification: B.Tech Civil
Experience: 8–15 years (Minimum 5 years in UG Metro)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise TBM activities
- Implement QA/QC procedures
- Conduct inspections and progress reports
Sr. Foreman – Civil
Qualification: 12th Pass / Degree
