Job Responsibilities
- Update and manage project documents
- Maintain Document Distribution Matrix
- Coordinate project deliverables and track progress
- Validate Master Document Registers
- Perform quality checks on submitted documents
- Assign document numbers and metadata
- Work with Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS and Documentum
Experience Needed: 3–6 years

2. Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Work with engineering documents and plant maintenance data
- Manage drawings, P&IDs, SLDs and datasheets
- Handle CMMS, EAM or ERP systems
- Track and manage equipment spare parts data
- Maintain project documents and ensure timely updates
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of equipment classification
Experience Needed: 3–8 years
3. AutoCAD Drafter
Job Responsibilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (latest version)
- Prepare P&ID, piping layout and isometric drawings
- Work on mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation drawings
- Update line lists and datasheets
- Create layout plans, section details and wiring diagrams
- Prepare cable schedules and hazardous area layouts
Experience Needed: 3–6 years
