1. CMMS Data Lead
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Location: Vadodara / Chennai
Job Description
- Manage SAP ERP data activities and migration for SAP S4HANA PM and MM modules.
- Handle Master Data Migration from legacy systems to SAP S4HANA.
- Develop maintenance data management plans aligned with project needs.
- Prepare SoW, resource allocation plans, timelines, and KPIs for maintenance and material data management.
- Create and update PM Master Data, Asset Hierarchy, Functional Locations, Measuring Points, Work Centres, and Equipment Masters.
- Perform materials data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and de-duplication using vendor manuals, OEM documents, and SPIR.
2. Mechanical SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Location: Vadodara / Chennai
Job Description
- Strong mechanical systems knowledge in offshore and oil and gas domains.
- Expertise in wells, subsea structures, rotating and static equipment.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments (LOPA, PHA, HAZOP, What-If).
- Work on pumps, compressors, turbines, and mechanical connectors.
- Identify mechanical faults and improve reliability of systems.
3. Reliability Engineer
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Location: Vadodara / Chennai
Job Description
- Maintain instruments, valves, transmitters, sensors, DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, analyzers, and F&G systems.
- Exposure to GE-APM reliability analytics and SIL studies is an advantage.
- Generate reports and extract maintenance insights using SAP R3.
- Knowledge of IEC standards is required.
- CMRP, CRE, or functional safety certification is an added benefit.
4. SAP PM/MM Engineer
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Location: Vadodara / Chennai
Job Description
- Review and update Bills of Materials (BoM) in SAP.
- Understand BoM structure for major equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors).
- Work with SAP DMS and reference documentation.
- Handle maintenance and material data creation, classification, enrichment, and validation.
- Evaluate vendor documents, SPIR, and develop new BoM.
- Handle SAP master data change management.
5. Electrical SME
Experience: 6 to 12 Years
Location: Vadodara / Chennai
Job Description
- Deep knowledge in electrical power systems used in offshore and oil and gas.
- Expertise in wells, subsea electrical systems, rotating and static electrical equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments such as LOPA, PHA, HAZOP.
- Work with equipment like motors, switchgear, transformers, and subsea power modules.
- Optimise electrical system reliability and performance.
6. Instrument SME
Experience: 6 to 12 Years
Location: Vadodara / Chennai

- In-depth knowledge of instrumentation in oil and gas and subsea systems.

- Cleanse, classify, enrich, and verify data using Sphera, MDG, MDO, and other tools.
