- Indian history – simple overview of ancient, medieval, and modern periods
- Economy and basic science awareness
- Culture, traditions, and famous places
- Some world knowledge – like important organizations and events
Current Affairs
- Recent national and international news (last 12–18 months)
- Awards, sports achievements, and honours
- Recent discoveries in science or technology
- Government policies or schemes

- Grammar – tenses, articles, prepositions, subject-verb agreement

Preparation Tips
- Start with the exam pattern, so you know which sections carry more marks.
- For General Knowledge and Current Affairs, read newspapers or online news regularly. Even a few minutes daily helps.
- Practice arithmetic problems every day. Don’t just read formulas, solve problems.
- For English, focus on grammar rules and small vocabulary lists. Reading newspapers is a simple way.
- Try some previous papers or mock tests to get an idea of the question style.
- Keep 2–3 weeks at the end just for revision and mock tests.
