Key Responsibilities
- Must have strong knowledge of Bill of Lading, including complete end-to-end process.
- Prepare export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bills of Exchange, and other mandatory documents.
- Coordinate daily with internal teams, shipping lines, CHAs, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all export documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up regularly with external parties to obtain pre-shipment documents and Bill of Lading.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to share documentation updates with customers.
- Build good working relationships with internal and external teams.
- Use structured problem-solving to identify issues and work with others to implement long-term solutions.
- Handle end-to-end export shipment planning as per Incoterms, customer requirements, shipment execution, and Bill of Lading release.
- Coordinate shipments across multiple loading ports in India.
- Should be well-versed with Exim Policy, Incoterms, international payment terms, and UCP rules.
