Available Positions
1. Assembly Operator
Qualification: ITI – Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Aircraft assembly operations such as drilling, reaming, riveting, and fasteners installation
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Working with hand tools and cutting tools
- Knowledge of basic aircraft structures and aerodynamics
2. Manufacturing Engineer
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, MIS, and visual aids
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Master data
- Support tooling verification, FAI prove-outs, and ECN implementation
- Resolve process-related issues and ensure continuous improvement
3. QA Engineer & QC Inspector
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Work as per AS9100 standards and QMS requirements
- Handle FAI documentation, measurement tools, and inspection of aerostructure assemblies
- Manage customer complaints, perform problem-solving, and implement RCCA
4. Production Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift-wise production and manpower allocation
- Ensure adherence to IMS (plan vs actual)
- Implement lean practices such as TPM, 5S, and GEMBA
- Maintain compliance with QMS and AS9100
