Job Descriptions
1. Sheet Metal Estimator
Analyze RFPs, drawings, and models to prepare BOMs and PFMs for aerospace structure and engine parts. Coordinate with teams including SCM to maintain estimation standards. Aerospace experience preferred.
2. Assembly ME
Provide technical support, continuous improvement, and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM). Optimize processes, identify best cutting tools, and resolve technical issues.
3. NC Programmer
Develop and optimize CNC programs (2–5 axis Turning/Milling) using NX Programming and Vericut. Ensure efficient machining and prepare manufacturing documentation.
4. Process Planner
Develop and optimize machining processes (Turning, Milling, Grinding) for Aero Engine components as per AS9100/NADCAP standards. Prepare process documentation and drive continuous improvement.
5. CATIA Designer
Develop and optimize CNC programs using CATIA and Vericut for aerospace parts. Manage tool paths, configuration control, and prepare technical documents.
