1) VMC Operator
Qualification:
- ITI or Diploma
Experience Required:
- 2 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate setup of VMC machines including tooling, offsets, and work holding
- Produce parts as per drawing specifications and tolerance limits
- Read and interpret engineering drawings correctly
- Perform basic CNC program edits using M and G codes when required
- Maintain production records and inspection logs
2) CNC Programmer
Qualification:
- BE – Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required:
- 5 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, test, and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code and M-code
- Use CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
- Optimize cutting parameters to reduce cycle time and improve productivity
- Select appropriate cutting tools and raw materials
- Ensure compliance with industry and government safety standards
3) NDT Engineer – Composite Manufacturing
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required:
- 4 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NDT inspections on composite components using UT, RT, PT, MT, VT methods
- Develop and follow approved technical inspection procedures
- Ensure inspections comply with ASNT, ISO, and EN standards
- Accurately interpret inspection results and prepare reports independently
- Identify defects such as delamination, porosity, cracks, bonding issues, and inclusions
4) NPD Engineer
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required:
- 6 to 8 Years in Sheet Metal and Machined Components
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of new sheet metal and machined components
- Interpret customer drawings, GD&T, and specifications
- Design and release 2D and 3D models using CAD tools like SolidWorks and CATIA
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers
- Conduct feasibility studies, PFMEA, and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Support prototype development, validation, and APQP documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality and inspection standards
