Responsibilities and Required Skills

SAP PP Responsibilities

Provide L1, L2 and L3 support for PP and QM issues.
Handle MRP configuration, WRICEF objects and collective order processes.
Manage end-to-end production cycle for REM and discrete industry.
Work with ABAP team on user exits, BADIs and custom logic.
Develop or modify Z-tcodes, custom reports and enhancements.
Integrate PP module with MM, QM, SD and FI-CO.
Support migration of master data such as BOM, Routing, Work Center and Production Versions.

SAP QM Responsibilities

Perform baseline configuration for the Quality Management module.
Support QM integration for in-process inspection and receiving inspection.
Manage master data including Inspection Plans, Sampling Procedures, MICs, Catalogs and Code Groups.
Handle inspection lots, result recording and usage decision support.
Work on Quality Notifications, QI Records, DMR and defect recording functionalities.
