Job Details
1. Assembly Operator
Qualification: ITI – Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various aircraft assembly operations including drilling, reaming, riveting, and fasteners installation.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings accurately.
- Work efficiently using hand tools and cutting tools.
- Involved in the assembly process of aircraft fasteners, aerodynamic components, and structural assemblies.
2. CNC Operator
Qualification: Diploma
Experience Required: 2 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines (Milling and Mill-Turns) equipped with Siemens, Fanuc, and Mazatrol controllers.
- Handle manual machining operations like deburring, tapping, and fixture assembly.
- Set up jobs efficiently using cutting tools and GD&T principles.
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprinted engineering drawings with accuracy.
