- Labour laws, statutory compliance, and government liaison
- Workforce and manpower management
- Employee engagement and people processes in plant setup

- Must be an experienced HR / IR professional
- Mandatory prior plant or manufacturing exposure
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations
- Ability to handle workforce challenges in a factory environment
