The Packaging Design role focuses on developing efficient, cost-effective, and safe packaging solutions for automotive parts.

- Packaging design and development as per product and logistics requirements
- Benchmarking of packaging solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Material selection and optimization for cost and value engineering
- Coordination with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Use of CAD tools for packaging layout and design validation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials
- Experience in cost and value optimization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Creo
- Good communication and analytical abilities
Parts Planning & Inventory Management
This role is responsible for effective inventory control and planning to support smooth production and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory planning and norms management
- Fast-moving parts forecasting and stock analysis
- MIS reporting and inventory performance tracking
- Managing inventory across multiple warehouses
- Support for new product introduction (NPI) planning
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in inventory planning and control
- Ability to work with cross-functional supply chain teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or B.Tech degree
- First division throughout academics
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of total experience
- No relative should be working in VECV
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
